Week Before Christmas
Everyone is getting really jumpy and hyper about next weekend. For my part tomorrow is my Christmas, my fiance arrives for 3 weeks. It will be wonderful having him home even if the stay is quite short this time.
About the kitten and the tree..we broke down and bought a new tree and gave the broken one to the kitten. So far the new tree has been up for 5 days and not been attacked, she seems perfectly willing to climb around in the broken one. It wasn't the perfect solution but since she had seriously damaged the old tree it seemed a reasonable solution. We have been amazed that she doesn't seem to like the new tree which is fine with us.
My oldest will be home for the next two weeks visiting between me and her father's place. It will be nice having her home for the holidays.
